£3.50 every 2 weeks or £5.00 every 4 weeks? OR £35 every 2 weeks or £50 every 4 weeks?
IGNORE THE PRICE - the question is about customer's PREFERENCES/ATTITUDES.
Obviously, there is a monetary saving of £2.00, or £20.00, per month with the monthly clean – but if the windows become dirty within a few days of being cleaned, you are stuck with dirty windows for a month!
The monthly option becomes more attractive the larger the premises and dearer the clean. E.g. £7 or £10, £14 or £20, £21 OR £30, etc.
Anyone think the price should be the same?
Or what SHOULD the differential be?
NO RESPONSES ABOUT £10 OR £20 MINIMUMS, please.
The question is about customer's PREFERENCES/ATTITUDES.

Are you trying to attract customers who buy on price ? if so, go for the cheapest option.

According to something I heard on radio 4 (so it must be true ;D) during normal times 20% of people buy on price, bargain hunters who will look for the best price maybe even haggle. During a recession this percentage increases dramatically.
But i would say most older people would go for mid range, knowing that cheapest is often rubbish.
As one old boy said to me 'you don't always get what you pay for, but you never get what you don't pay for'
