google Innkeepers Lodge
they have one near to Harrogate I think and so offers of £29 per night sometimes (breaky included). Always linked to a pub so you can get a brill evening meal.

One to avoid .............The Yorkshire Hotel >:( >:(
There are plenty B&B's near the LTT venue I think Judy will give you a few names

Try and drive up in your car too just for the security side of things :)

Stayed here in december when myself and Ian Hare took a leather suite to LTT.
£35 per night bed and breakfast, great accomodation.

Go and fall down and break your leg or something and get the NHS to transfer you to Harrogate hospital it's only around the corner, you'll get a free bed and breakfast thrown in and it's free.

I stayed at a great B&B, just down the road from the conference centre and close to shops & pubs - it was the 'Fountains', try http://www.fountainsharrogate.co.uk They did a great freshly cooked english breakfast.
