Title: Alex's Swivel Adapter

Bored beyond belief this afternoon  ;D Just lookin at the "shops" Has anyone got the Gardiner's Swivel adapter? More thoughts if you have please  ;) Is it another "must have?"

Yep, use them all the time. You need to drill and pin through the socket though because they tend to pop apart.

yes I bought one with some other stuff, tried it for a couple of weeks then took it off. Does what its supposed to but just did'nt get on with it and found it more of a hindrence in the end. only 4 quid though innit ?  ;)

when one section of my pole comes loose, my brush becomes a swivel brush.... and i dont like it  ;D ;D

i use a swivel adapter on my every day pole, the pole is a hybrid in four section and shortened down so total height is just over 17ft but compact to use down stair and in tight spots, the swivel never comes of that pole for me i couldn't live with out is, don't use a swivel on slx30 i leave that normal as i don't like the swivel higher up, but for general house its magic,

Same here I find it's not so good forty feet up and not good for gutter cleans but for everyday work I can't work without one. Take some getting used to. Can't understand why no-one manufactures a quality adjustable version.

My converted Stanley paint pad swivel is still going strong after 2 years, it makes the job so much easier.
