now, on wooden frames, i can understand not scrubbing them, however, wfp'ers who don't do frames and sills on pvc frames...
...whats the general consensus?
-
i only avoid old flaky painted frames, where the bare wood is exposed, apart from that everything else is cleaned
-
always do frames and i a lil bit charge extra for doing them.
Also it helps me in the long run to prevent dirty frame runs.
only time i dont use a wfp is on wooden frames. trad for those (and charge more for it too).
-
you do mean top frames and sills for wfp, i dont think most wfp'ers do these, not what i've seen anyway.
-
All the time!
It only takes a second to do from 2nd clean onwards (admittedly it takes a bit longer on first clean) but it looks so much better. Leave the 'half jobs' for your competitors to do ;D

A complete window cleaning service, frames and sills cleaned as standard,WFP easily quickly done..
-
Always, always, always ;D.

I do the frames and sill on all upvc and some wooden. But not on flackey windows (only first time) and not on really really high stuff, unless its the first time or its part of the contract.

I always do frames. Use it as a plus on your advertising, it may give you thedge over other window cleaners
