Been calling all morning but no answer, I ordered and paid monday and still not received me Pole

So your pole will arrive shortly, I've never had any problems with Gardiners in the last 2,5 years since I've done business with them, usually their products arrive the next day or two, but it's a very busy period for them with the launch of the new pole range, and also because they are shut for Friday to Sunday.

They will do everything in their power to get their products shipped as quickly as possible.

Cant get out side to try it out got a massive thunderstorm going on above me ;D

No, probably getting the poles out anyway, and sending replacement nuts when they have them in from the injection moulding company.
