just started wfp this week, i do mostly domestic,im getting dirty runs down centre of large window coming from in between openers ive scrubed and scrubed but i cant get all the dirt from behind openers, any tips on what to do would be welcome as custies are not happy?

Not much you can do. I try not to get water around the outside of the frames on these.
They are a nightmare.

Yes. Don't take their money before you check the dried window.
This will mean going back at the end of the day and checking.
It's a pain and from previous topics i seem to be the only one on here who does it.
Consider 1st cleans wfp as an investment for future speed. The dirt between the openers will go eventually. But until they do you will need to spend more time on the job.
The advantage of putting the effort in initially is that once you get them coming up good the 1st time, they will pretty much always be good in future cleans. Once this happens, future work gets quicker.

This also happened to me, i asked the customer to open the small windows above... i then washed...the inside of the frame hidden by the openers (with a damp cloth).....shut the windows and washed... no more problems...
its the dirt sat under the opener which will alwsys cause dirty water drops after you have left,... after all ....that bit never gets touched by the brush.
works for me. ;)

these problems will be rectified after a couple of cleans. You just need to re assure your custy's that they WILL get cleaner windows that stay clean longer in the long run.
You may well lose a few but you will make more money in the long run.
I get custy's say to me now after 13 months wfp that they were worried to start but trusted me and are glad they did because there windows stay cleaner much longer.

This was what I was going to suggest, although it will stop after 2/3 cleans anyway
