Title: 12m + Ladders wanted

Thats right, I need a set of 12m ladders, anyone got any in good condition that are no longer being used, preferably 3 section with rope but will consider others.

Hello we have a set of rope up ladders i think they go
up to about 44 foot very heavy but very safe feeling.
