Im on a really tight budget and need a web site that looks great, anyone have any info?

depends on how tight your budget is and what you want to ahieve from it.

you can do it yourself or you can get someone to build for you.

try starting with a template from www.templatemonster.com

Get the look right, then ask how to optimise it for Google.

I've built loads of websites, and would offer my services normally,.. but the new baby is due in 3 weeks and I just don't have time at the moment!
