Title: Lead staining

Had to clean a brand new roof today on a mega old orangery (spelling?)
Anyway the roof is less than a week old and is stained to hell and back. Can't shift it and it's probably pointless to try. The contractors who built it were still there so the three of us (customer too) had a bit of a 'discussion' about it. Seems once it's up that's what happens. Give it a month and it's going to look dreadfull. Apparently lead can be oiled before it oxidizes ???
