Title: Help. Pumpbox cutting out with hosereel

My pump box which has a mark1 varistream and shurflo pump works fine when connected to the pole, but when i connect 100m of microbore it is cutting out.

I have charged the battery and connected to another to check. Unrolled the
100m of hose to check for kinks.
There is no water or drips from the hosereel.
This has been working dandy for over 3 years. Until last week. It sometimes works, but i have had to come home for the 2nd day running because it keeps cutting out.

Anyone have any idea?

put a by pass on and turn pump presser down ,thow the veryflow away

clean the strainer out. Put another online strainer in. adjust the blue numpty inside (pressure cut off)

Order a pumpboard from cleantech and any future problems switch the spare.

Mark your instinct is right to look for kinks, also collapsed connections, jubilee clips that are too tight etc.

I had the same problem and I cured it by Readjusting the little blue pot inside

Just to update, it is sorted now. I turned the blue dial inside the varistream.
