Just out of interest. Is there really any difference between 100 and 135psi???

Cheers!

Not really, at the most 35psi  ;)

It's all relative but I would say 135 is most peoples idea of the minimum nowadays.

What's better, 65psi or 100psi? When I clean upholstery I turn my psi down to around 80 psi to give a mist rather than spray so there is a difference.

I swapped my 100psi for a 135psi and noticed a marked difference!

Yes the 35% increase is quite substantial, not as dramatic as the hike from 135 -200, but it could go unnoticed by an inexperienced operator.

Having said that you could get excellent results with 100 psi, good tools and good practice a lot of it is down to the person at the end of the tools
