Title: Business Plan

I am trying to put a business plan together for starting a new window cleaning round could any one out their help I need to know if there is any sale peaks and troughs over a typical year. And if so what months they are, any help would be appreciated

Based on two and half years I'd say:

January - poor
February - get the odd few
March good
April to September - Prime Months
October/November - get the odd few
December - poor

Get canvassing NOW would be my advice.
