Whats the best method for getting red wine out of a 100% wool, cream rug. I was thinking about fibre shampoo, oxibrite and fibrebuff. I have also got microsplitters will
any of these work.

Hi Neil
Have they attempted to remove it? If so, how? they may have fixed the stain if they have gone in with everything but the kitchen sink :(
Most of what you have mentioned above are drastic measures and not likely to help you solve the problem.
First rince out with cold water and blot, apply Solutions no 3 and rince out again, blot, repeat if neccesary. See how you get on, but be very careful to not over wet the rug.

Cheers boys
The stain had been in from christmas. When I asked thye wife over the phone she said the husband had tried to remove it but didnt know how. When I went to collect I asked the husband what he had used and he blamed the mother in law.
I did qualify the customer of limited results to which he said try anyway.
Used solution no4 1-3 mix ttook a couple of trys but worked. 8)
