I recon about 5% of my Brit custies over here never clean their windows from the inside. Every time we tip up to clean, it's in the back of your mind "Wonder if today is the day they cancel". Really strange thing is, in the years I've been in this game, it is rare that they come out with the "Not today thanks" line. They even want them done when they go back to UK for a few weeks. Some of 'em are that bad from the inside, you can't even tell if someone is at home.
Most of these custies have back gardens that resemble a bad day in Bosnia, and you would only go into them if you were armed! Funny old game this window cleaning innit? ::)

im getting more and more custys who i just do outsides, they want me to do just their kitchen inside aswell.
also you always get them saying ive got to do the inside now because the outsides are done, but they never get done, do they.
why dont they get you do the insides done aswell in it.

Mrs Laurie has had a squashed fly on her kitchen window since I started doing her house 5 years ago...inside of the window before anybody makes some smart Alec comment ;D

LOL ;D I'm not joking mate, one of 'em has got summat like black mould on the inside of a couple of bedroom windows. They aren't the cheapest custies either, just don't understand it ???

why dont you ask if they want them cleaned?
Bring up that you have notice these things, and you can sort it for them.

I have on many occassions and the answer always is: "No I'll do them myself" ::)

GWCS Yes mate, we ALWAYS ask our Brit custies if they want insides too, I usually say something like"I see you have little kiddies and it must be hard to stay on top of everything, just say if you need them done inside", this works most of the time. Just some baffle me ???

ive a good few with cobwebs on the insides, what amazes me is the people who just have the upstairs cleaned and never do the downstairs ;D

Had to laugh yesterday. Been cleaning a custie for nearly 7 years now and have watched the grime etc build up on the insides. Last month they asked how much to do the insides as well as the outs next time. 1 x exterior price and 2 x exterior price (for the insides believe me they didn't need net curtains ;D) Funny that the insides were clean yesterday, loads of smears, but clean. I imagine Mr X had a load of nagging from Mrs X including "I'm not paying that price" ;D ;D ;D
