I usually work with 1, mostly setting 2 on my digi varistream to save water and when i have someone with me, i had had it on 3 this last week as ive been working on my own, i have been flying through work and they are all coming up brilliantly...
What flow do you work at? I always thought 3 was way too much, but on your own its nice to use...i might stay on my own lol been doing really well ;D

6
anything lower than 4 is a dribble for me.
-
Crikey! lol

I use the flowmaster set at 35(maximum is 99) its about 2 litres per minute as I was told this was a good setting to have.
They were not wrong, I fly through my work now. ;D ;D ;D
-
yea i use 6 as well. anything less seems pointless. thats with freedom trolley
-
I use the old varistream at 12 or 1 oclock. I learnt how to stretch water when i used a trolley and was amazed at how quick things took when i went back to using van mount.

I have been using my digi on 3 today to see how it goes and the water absolutely flies out!
2 is the norm for me and i can work all day and use about 350 to 400 litres..
-
With a fresh pump 2 is excellent for a FULL day of work.
However lately I have been tempted to use 3 for above reasons.
Setting 2 for me is 1.4ltrs per min.
So a little less than the norm?
-
2ltrs a minute is what i use.
-
Yeh like you al say 2 is ample and 3 flys out with digi, but im working quicker with 3 so im earing more ;D
-
5 :) :) :) :)

Yes, a stopwatch and a measuring jug.
Anything under a litre a minute and you tend to find the flow is weak with poor rinsing.
-
I have a digital flow meter so i know exactly how much i use per minute.

Where can you buy one of them?

Gaps do them and there about £40 with shipping and vat,it`s a digital 1 and it`s good but i will get a number counter 1 next time.

£40! Think ill stick with not knowing thanks

just need a 500ml bottle of water and the stopwatch on your phone.
fill it from 1 jet and you then get your flow rate, if it takes 30secs thats a litre a minute, 15secs is 2lts/min, last time mine filled in 22sec but ive increased the flow slightly since then, i would say i use around 1.5-1.7lts/min.
