will this pole reach 4 storey buildings? 1 being ground!

30ft?

Its possible.

Depends on the height.

If its 30ft or less then yes. No problem ;D ;D ;D

It will, depending on the height of the windows! Modern fourth storey apartments are easily reachable, however a converted older building may be beyond reach. The highest I have ever reached with this pole (and 12" gooseneck) was a modern 4th dormer window set about 2ft back from the gutter - only just reached on full arms length.
