-
i did this by mistake and my machine just stopped pumping water
-
why marK did the hot melt the seals?
-
no i put it on the taps that they said to use .it started ok but just stopped so am a bit luck with what could off been bad.
why dont you get a hot washer from slaters?
-
dont you need a big generator too?
-
In short the answer is No, you could damage the pump.
DS don't take this the wrong way, but just buy a hot machine and it will solve most of your problems.
-
DS,may i ask how long you've been in the high pressure/jet washing business?
-
An Interpump will handle 60c, the Centuriun interpump will handle 85c you can get a Hypro 5000 series pump that will also handle 85c
I use hot water through my pump and its 2yrs old with no problems.

i would of thought in most places you wouldnt get enough pressure or flow rate from the hot taps, not in my area for definate.
i think you need the flow rate for the machine to work.
just a thought
