Title: Reach2wash backpack

I bought a reach2wash backpack recently, but seem to have the wrong manual. (Aside from that I have been really pleased with it.)

Does anyone have one? I charged it for the first couple of times and the charger light showed red when charging and green when charged. Now it is flashing red and green constantly and I don't know what that indicates. Any ideas?

Ring them in the morning,you might have a loose connection.

I have sent an email, because the place is closed due to holidays. I am not sure when they reopen, maybe tomorrow.

John is back now and replied to my email. I am still confused over the lights, but the battery is definitely charging.
