Title: Deleting jobs on WCP
Post by: R W C on July 11, 2009, 08:24:27 pm
If you have a job on your list that wont ever be done again can you just delete it or does it need to be suspended for future references, I have a few that ive suspended but want to just delete them but dont know if it will affect my print off for tax or will these takings still be included,

I have looked how to delete jobs and the only solution I see is to make the customer inactive? but my particular round value from where that customer was doesnt change? The customer does not show then but the round value stays the same, mabe im doing something wrong ,can anyone clarify??

Hi All,

If you delete the job this will also delete the customers history and therefore have a direct impact on your accounts and earnings.

The reason is that every penny needs to be accounted for and if you are simply deleting the customer then there is no references back.

Cheers
