Title: Web site key word changes

I've already got a high rating with Google for carpet cleaning basingstoke. Now if I were to change all the keywords relating to location ie basingstoke, Hampshire etc etc to Dorchester, Dorset etc etc would the website be taken by google as brand new or would I quickly move to a high position for that area?
Has anyone on here done this sort of thing where they moved their whole operation from one place to another?

In answer to your question, its a bit of a gamble. Where you gain somewhere, you will lose somewhere else.
