it depends most of my house are terraced and cleaned fortnightly .
clean mainly upstairs windows wfp it last approx 1 hour so maybe 20-25 on semis i clean all wfp because these have bay windows downstairs can clean 6-8 properties also my round is extremely compact with most streets having 20- 40 houses that i clean.

Landrover 110 hi-cap pickup (+SVO conversion) with back tub removed and bespoke box built with large roller shutters on both sides and back....600litre flat tank(whole area of back box), 100meter(on/off tap) of hose on swivel reel located on inside roof of bespoke box...

Am happy with my HF5-4040 System so no issues with that...but would like 1x 1000l IBC with base of tank at height of top van tank with large 4 or 5 inch delivery pipe with twist on/off conector with large ball valve...i.e tank fill via gravity within say 2 or 3 minutes.

Webasto heater in pickup cab and vent into back box with frost stat and timer to go off 30minutes before I get into cab so it is toasty warm.

Small(10ft but about 2ft sections), medium (18ft) and large(35ft) SL-X poles.

Keep current Freedom trolley and backpack, Gardiners brushes.

And the rest would be to keep my best jobs, get rid of stuff I don't like doing and obtain more 'sweet' work.

Oh yeah not have to pay VAT on everything I earn..yep no 75k threshold here in Holland.
