We deal with many letting agents/Estate Agents and many landlords on a regular basis.

What sort of tips are you looking for? Have you got problems with regards to payment?

Or are you trying to get their business?

The landlords ive dealt with up until recently have been friends or  and assosiciate of friends so no real problems. But recently am dealing with some who are not, so just really wanted any tips when negotiating cleans of propertys.

Should i get a general contract for them, i havent for what ive done in past.

Cheers

The contract on commercial landlords and letting agents vary.

If you have a landlord that is not a friend. But just gives one off jobs now and then. I would say you do not require a contract.

If its a landlord of an office building/residential that you clean all the communal areas on a weekly or monthly basis then a contract is required.

if you require more info please ask
