Title: Office carpets

Hi Guys,
I am going to quote for office carpets tomorrow and was after some advice on pricing please.
It's going to be carpet tiles with moderate soiling usual stains, dirt, tea ,coffee etc.
Ive only been doing domestic and have now had two quotes for commercial in a week so all good if i know i am quoting ok. Would i be right to think i should be going in between £1- £2 per square metre ???
The job will be local to me so not long to travel only about 15 minutes

Hi ,

Im a new poster here ...until recently  I used to work for a major carpet tile manufacturer. I asked our site service man of 20 years experience about pricing and was advised that 80 p per metre would be top end for office carpet cleaning.

so what would be low end price  Shcoll ?   

80p per mtre top end   ,
Iv, never gone below a £1 a metre and do get most of them ,

I would ask your guy to re think !!!

Maybe he's well established with hundreds of thousands of sq mts each year Geoff
