Title: St Helens - Round For Sale

I posted my work on this site for sale a number of weeks ago.
All rounds are now sold apart from 2 which are still available.

They are both fortnightly rounds with good payers. Most pay on the day with cash. Many veiwers have taken my larger rounds and these are what remain

There is one located in Sutton with a turnover of £260 per month with an asking price of £1200
This round is cleaned fortnightly and consist of mostly terraced houses with a number of semi detached houses.
Prices range from £2 - £6 with mostly fronts being cleaned.

The second is a large round and is very compact. It has a turnover of £566 and an asking price of £4000
This round is mostly semi detached houses with a few terraced homes.Prices here range from £2 - £5 and take approximatly 4-5 hours to clean. All good payers all with cash and no bad debts

 :o makes that round ive been offered (£750 a month for £2400) a little bit more appealing.
