i'm finding that i'm pricing wrongly every time i go, always end up doing at least 25% extra sometimes even 50% extra work at no extra cost to the customer as i'm too nice to ask for more.
i'm wondering if anyone has some sort of time sheet how they work out how long each room will cost? e.g average size kitchens fairly neat 3 hours, bathrooms large messy 4 hours etc.
would really help to get at least a better idea when speaking on the phone to give quotes as i get asked sometimes for just kicthens and bathrooms, just 3 bedrooms etc.
thanks

Hi Green
Are you after the timings for a spring/end of tenancy type clean or for a regular cleaning service?

Could you please send me one too. We struggle to get end of tenancy cleans as we are told we charge too much.

Hi Myvanwi, if you email me via my website, I'll send you one.
And I wouldn't worry about pricing, I've had people who undercut me by 50% but I just shrug cos I know I couldn't make a profit on their price, so they're either doing it themselves for a few quid an hour or they won't be in business long anyway ;D
