got to put a quote for a building site for builders cleans on ten town house, four story flats with thirty on the block and four semi, four bedrooms, any help on how to go about putting a proffessional quote together so i dont loose the job?

this is rather specialist work where cscs card will be required including method statements, scratch damage waivers etc...

Pricing up work like this is best done per hour, by how long you think it will take. Then break that down per unit for ease of billing/quote.

There is no simple method of pricing this type of job.

get a local company local to you to price it up for you add 10% for yourself and get some work experience with them in this sort of thing.
