No Matt, it means "in my office" ;D

IMHO means "In my home office" etc 8)

I put it into a sentence when i am being too bombastic, or knowally, and need to temper it a little with some humility, or acceptance that there might be different views.

The one that i really never understood and was often used in private eye and new statesman was (sic). This was used rather a lot, a bit like lol is now.
