priced a one of end of tenancy job today 4 bed detached
in and out at £50 she agreed moved all my work around to accomadate it and she has just phoned back now to cancel saying the price was to high some people ah.. i always stick my prices up for one ofs so did not budge...

I wouldn't move regular, reliable work around for any 'one off' job. I'd fit it in asa if possible. Look after regular round to maintain regular customer base. Wet weather jobs and one off's fit in when possible, wouldn't have it any other way tbh.
