I wouldnt even charge as high as £30!!

If its a regular 6 weekly clean I would charge £19 for the house and sides of conservatory and the conservatory roof would be £30 as and when required.

Oh, just realised it was soffits etc, that would be a £1 a foot so about 80' of soffits.

All in all  - £80 for soffits and fascias
£19 for house and sides of conservatory
                £30 for conservatory roof

Total: £129 with a free smile!  ;D

I guess that last one I showed on here was a bit of a chancer, but there was some good sales talk involved with that one; she wanted a relaible service but paid for that.

This one was just a request after having done 3 others in the road.

You can see one of them in the pic with the conservatory in.

I was pleased though, it took only 2 1/2 hours with the conny done for good measure, might get the windows regular, already do the others in the road...so this one would make a good hourly rate there.

Not saying what I charged, theres too many of these properties around here that need a good clean. I have got the pricing just right, (nail on the head, combined with the gab, theyre easy pickings).

But interesting to know how others might have gone in.

Thanks.

Matt

the gift of the gab can make all the diffrence pricing up a job, just so long as we keep within the truth, we  just know how to exaggerate it  ;D
