an online place called windowcleaningwarehouse sells them.  the Wagtail Flipper is what i use,it has a built in mop and doesnt hold much water so should be just what you want for inside work.   they are totally different from  other squeegees  but not too pricey and in my opinion are ace .  i mainly use the 14 inch one

The top section swivel. Its looseness can adjusted by the nut on the swivel.

It makes blading high windows easy without the use of steps etc as you fix it to a pole and use the pole to swivel the handle so the head then swivels as you progress down the glass.

That wagtail in the picture is the Combi, I don't know if they still make them, I still have my two and in my opinion they are the best trad tool ever, fantastic for insides.

Feen, the old Combi and the flipper are entirely different tools.
The old Combi is a single pass tool that has the blade just in front of the micro fiber pad, the pad puts the solution on and the blade takes it off all in one single pass across the glass.

It's all I have used for the last 4 years. You do need to persevere to get the technique right, but it's worth it.
