what pole would you recommend for occasional 3rd floor useage? the usual....lightweight, not too whippy...
will probably have a fair few townhouses on my round, and want to be able to do them comfortably.
if you have a decent 2nd hand one, please let me know.

first of all let me say i am not a diy sort of bloke, i ve always bought the best i needed,but, i tried a sky blue flagpole that i converted with a light brush on it and i was amazed at the result.total cost about 30.00 i think,and for that i ve got a pole that i can use with one hand at about 25 ft. i ve always used my carbon fishing pole for anything above that.so in my opinion make yourself one,you will never buy another. p s check jeff brimbles posts he s a genius. cheers mick

i have got 45 ft out of a combination of fishing poles
really lightweight and nice to use

SLX- Been using mine for 4 weeks and it is so light.
I have used some wfp poles but this baby is light and easy to use at any height

As you said 'occassion' 3rd storey work then go for the Brodex GF
I used them for years and I'm now well into my 40's
In time though you will go for CF but until then the 24ft brodex will do you.
