Post by: j.h on June 22, 2009, 07:27:27 pm
hi can anyone help

1.  Been trad for years on domestic but use wfp on commercial jobs.but now thinking of changing from trad to wfp on domestic is it better to explain to the customers that are in and the ones that are not in just put letter through explaining benifits of wfp stating that from next month we will use this new method. Or shall i just switch over with out telling them and the ones that moan just do theres trad or will that be a pain.

2.When quoting for managment companies etc do i need to show them h/s docs and do i need to do a training course for this i already have insurance, method & risk statment is there any think else i need help appreciated thanks jay.  p.s exuse my spelling.

I am in proess of changing to total wfp and am telling custys the reason why and telling them it will be from next clean .If its done face to face they can ask questions .If you just do it and they are out and come back to wet windows they will wonder whats going on.

Hello there
I have been trad for about 4 years on all domestic and comercial work and this month i am now wfp all the way,
On the whole all people happy with it even to say that some of them are telling me "what a good idea it is, no need for ladders" etc etc
I would be a liar if i said that i didnt worry about peoples reactions , I did consider writing to them all but i dicided to not invite too many negative responses so just went with the idea of selling it on the job be honest and dont try to baffel with bulls'/t as they will see through it and you will loose out in the long run!!!
good luck with it all
ps be prepared for the extra time you will have in the afternoon ;D ;D ;D
maybe you can polish your pole  :o :o :o
