I am looking at selling 2 lots of work in Northampton area (ideally I want to sell as one lot) all good established solid residential currently wfp can be done trad, good fast payment usually by cheque after work is done a self addressed envelope is left with an invoice. takes one man 3 days (easy days). Can be done in light rain, but don't try doing in a downpour or you will lose customers!

Area 1 - £100 6 weekly, 9 houses, average £11 per house, 1 day, Town location
Area 2 - £289 6 weekly, 22 houses average £13 per house, 2 days, Surrounding Villages

Reason for sale, simply want to reduce my working hours. These customer were Monthly, but have been push them back to 6 weekly due to workload.

I've been a member on this web site for a long time, and have a good reputation so I am willing to listen to good offers, and I am open to reasonable payment options.

how many hours are we talking on the days ??

4 - 5 hours a day.
