Did a large office block some time ago as part of a regular clean. This client normally pays by bacs. I recieved the usual letter saying the bill had been paid and transferred to my account then a week or so later I get a phone call to say they have lost my bank details and thus can't pay me. I gave them my number and sort code and have checked my account - nothing. Phoned them again and get the usual " what's your phone number I'll call you back".
Nothing. >:(
