Since you asked Darren, here is my opinion:

For a start who is going to do a search for Dazzling Carpets if they don't know who you are, your header bar shows Dazzling Carpets, rather than, for instance, Carpet Cleaning Stockport.

I don't care much for the type face - too small.

Finally, I don't like prices on sites at the best of times, but when they are cheap I like them even less - £45 for a 3 piece suite !

Sorry if you don't like my reply - but you did ask  ;)

Steve

Darren

You dont have your address on it and only a mobile number. That would put me off calling you.

the basic Idea is there it just need presenting better.

the ink spill background is not really in tune with a carpet cleaning website.

why use the text boxes? could'nt all that text be just on the web page?

I found the website very generic it needs to be more personnel, put your address & land-line No.

how did you work out your prices?

i think your websites gives custys no reason to call you plus few will call a mobile i get more messages left on the landline and have the mobile in the greeting and on webisite few call the mob.

what background training do you have.

i feel you are underselling your services each to there own though its your business.

Sorry Darren
A nice reference point for past customers, but I do not think it will attract any new businees on its own, you will need proffessional advice to upgrade your website

                                                   Good Luck

Hi Darren,

As  website are gradually becoming the "advert" for your business, it is worth spending the time & Money to get it right. Have a look via searches at a variety of websites by googling them, checking which ones are making it to the first page and take some of those ideas.

Regards

Gary

Richard that is a damn site better than those 2 horrible ones you put up, the only thing wrong with it other than a little tinkering here and there is the priceing

take off the prices to start with, and then put up your prices, in fact double them....AT LEAST!

Yeah remove prices page and put on your landline number. Keep the mobile on as well but if your frightened about missing calls give BT a ring and get them to put a call divert on your line so that all calls to your landline are diverted to your mobile. I agree with putting your address on, you could after all be a gypsy!!

You need to spell check it, there's quite a few mistakes.  ;) I like the before and after shots, a picture tells a thousand stories etc.

R-Clean I like your website, I've just had some sample spray bottles sent to me as I want to sell/give stain remover too. Any chance you could email me a copy of your label to see what you've put on it please just to give me some ideas!
Do you do the labels yourself?

I think its the worst site Ive ever seen.

Carpet cleaners should stick to cleaning carpets.  Do what your good at.

Also it looks like youve just about copied every speel of carpet cleaning language possible but can you deliver at those prices.

Are you new to this??

Mark

It's rubbish mate. But at least now you know how you don't want it to look.
You have to give a prospective customer a reason to call you and your low prices aren't it, neither is any of the content.

What it is that is unique about you that people can't get anywhere else.?
That's not just a website question, it's a business question and if you can find and develop the answer to it, not only will you have a great website, but you will also be well on your way to building a successful business.
Think outside of the box!
Simon
