two monthly £75
but that will depend on your area ?
first clean £80 ish

Three floors with a sloping drive
to the side is also three floors and very tight access

It's a tricky one to price aint it, I'd say around £50- £60 (and quite possibly regret it)

i get £40 first cleans just for doing  3 bedroom semi, that house looks masive, realisticly its at  least near 3 hours work first clean,

I'd say £90 if it is private and they want it done regular like between 6-12 weeks

Looks very clean, frames too

i play on  the hygiene   word sterilise  ;D 8 out of 10 want to go monthly, so i tell them they have let me do a first clean to make sure everything is fully sterilised, i say to them pure water acts as a magnet ect, i just have the gift of the gab, and no one has said no yet,  ;D

Good thinking! Wonder if that'd work for trad..  special sterilizing squeegee.. probably not!

am sure theres a few ideas for trad in the pipeline to use just pure water, i see that just around the corner
