Post by: drive surgeon on June 17, 2009, 05:20:40 pm
hi guys do you tel the customer or get them to sign something to say that the graffiti may not totally come out but you still need paying regardless?  i have done a job where the graffiti ghosting would not go but i still did the job. just need some advice on the best way to tell the clients about this, thanks guys

Just include something like this in the quote - Whilst every effort will be made to fully remove the tag some ghosting may remain in some substrates, this will vary with the age and type of tag and the result cannot predicted before the work is carried out

Then put two copies of the quote in and add a note - please sign and return one copy and retain the second for your records. Include an SAE. I think you need to be a little more confident - has anyone conplained ? I use Selden full power which sometimes needs two applications and I only have a cold m/c

I do the same as BDCS.

You use seldon full power? each application should be left on for up to 5 hours, how do you make it work while?

I don't tend to leave it on for anywhere near that long as it will be dry
