i would like two, ive seen one advertised on ebay as a rubber broom/carpet pile brush (only require the head/brushb...but im not sure of suitability, and its only 30cm wide. where can i buy 2 quite cheaply? meaning not the extoryionate 18 quid just for a sodding head.
as always any replies are greatly appreciated

£18 for something a carpet cleaner needs is not much ::)

Not really as it will probably outlast every other piece of gear youll own.

you could say all carpet cleaning gear prices are a rip off - thats one reason why a good rate has to be earned - to pay for all the gear.
Some carpet cleaning fluids have gone up 40% since December - do we stop using them? No
Ok - may look at alternatives but you still need to buy the stuff.
Whats £36 quid for 2 brushes in the bigger scheme of things. They going to aid your efficiency, giving a better clean for the customer who is providing your living.

ive bought them now.hadnt come across the need for one, until last week when i cleaned a long pile/low density nylon carpet :o

I have 2 and one of them I use for agitation all the time, have had it 10 months and still going strong.
