Hi Mark

Unfortunately, you cant upload pictures here at the moment but you can link to one on another website (your own, for example)
When you type a message you get 2 rows of icons where it says 'Add YABBC tags'. The 4th one along on the bottom row inserts a couple of tags like this - (img)(/img)

Just copy and paste the url (this example is www.express-cleaning-supplies.co.uk/images/ecslogorun.gif) between them and the image will appear
