Title: 2 jets or 4 ?
Post by: Blue Frog Systems on June 14, 2009, 12:04:29 pm
Just wondered what the pros / cons are at having 4 jets ?

I currentley use 2, 2mm jets....

I was wondering if there would be any difference using 4, 1mm jets ?

2mm jets are perfect when using just 2 but yes you will defo need smaller jets when using more,i think Jeff Brimble uses a row of small jets

Why not try 2 fan jets - these will continually wet an area of glass the same size/area as is 'covered' by the brush while still using less water than 2 pencil jets.

2 x 2mm jets will pass more millilitres per minute than 4 x 1mm. You can fit 4 x 1mm jets into the same area as 1 x 2mm jet.

4 jets, much better. I bought one from wcw a few weeks ago after getting some good advice on this forum. Further to the comments above, I agree that although you do use more water, the time spent on each is reduced as the run off is spread over a wider area.
