Anyone use a comms book to report problems to their customers? if so anyone got a copy please  8)

hi there
when i was in commercial cleaning, we would provide a client with acustimer care book, an a4 hard back book, with a copy of the spec in the font along with contact numbers.

both client and cleane would use it.
