hi guys my pressure washing 5 metre extendable lance has stuck together on the top section at the grey twisty bit. so its stuck out at the moment. how the hell can i twist it back? i might have tightened it to much when using. its happened ages ago and i took it into a shop and they said they will have to cut the pole to fix it which they did but they charged me a lot. the grey threaded bit which is fixed onto the pole underneath has come away from its fixed position too now cos i have tried to twist it off. i might glue the whole thing back into position again and then try to twist it off again.. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This happened to me!
I used 2 part epoxy glue to stick it back on and was just lucky that the glue held when I got a monkey wrench on the collar to loosen it!!

if the glue has come unstuck take the whole end off place the small bit that goes over lower section in a vice then unscrew it once undone glue bottom section back onto pole.
to stop these sticking the sections have to be kept really clean bits of grit mud etc get lodged in the clamp and this means you tend to ver tighten them to stop the pole sliding and then they get stuck it happens to mine regular and is a real pain, i wish they would make them ith clamps similar to ones on wfp as then this problem wouldnt happen.
