Title: so many poles to choose from. which one do i buy?
Post by: crystal.clear on June 11, 2009, 09:20:08 pm: im looking for a 24ft pole. atthe moment i use a glass fibre universal pole and just fed up with having to glue and fix the clamps. which pole should i buy lads? im looking at facelift poles, brodex poles and maybe the new ionics one.

If it's just about how long they last then you'll need to buy an aluminium pole. Your choices are either Brodex Prolong, Omnipole Powerpole or the Tucker pole.

Can't decide. Top 3 sections used for 18 months, rest used once a month for 30 mins & are still like new. Comes with spare f/glass base handle to use at 24ft, facelift alloy goose neck & 14" brush + adaptor to use any brush you like.

Post by: macmac on June 11, 2009, 10:15:45 pm: Will have to wait till the new (longer) slx comes out. Only use it at full length once a month for 10 windows, but, It's an account I can't afford to lose & the 10 windows are critical. Use the slx for everything else now.
