who all uses them?

rinse on or off?

you find them very hard or not

Use them, rinse on and off, they are brushes that last a long time, some do not like them as they are heavy, but I think they are fine for everyday use.

I used to use mine all the time...now have Alex's brushes but I used them 'off'.
