can i give you 1 tip, put some  tape around the pole, just before where the tubing exits, this acts like a stoper, the tubing i find gets traped by the clamp, and can get damaged, looking good though

also these are great, i have them on mine, stops alu dust getting all over your hands plus gives a good grip, and they slide up or down to suit on the pole, and looks even more professional

Those grips look handy when i use my hybird it rubs on the side my thumb and its hard skin now and i dont really want to use gloves.

I know they prob wont fit on hybird but great for harris.

Thanks  ;D

this is a great tip from karygate ,to join two harris poles together   8)

the small first section goes inside the last fat one. you just put your hose through the old pole as long as you have a quick connector or something as thin . so you get 2 more sections not three . hope that makes sense.

brilliant idea, it happened me last week where the pole came down real quick and actually cut the tubing, so had to go to the bother of cutting this bit off, thanks for that tip  ;)

put it this way mat, its at least less than half the weight of a 17ft glass fibre pole, i only use the harris on domestic now, and you can work all day without feeling your arms are falling of  ;D
