Title: watermark on wool carpet

Evening guys just taken a call from a lady who says she had a large watermark caused by an open window letting in rain.She has had it cleaned by someone using an enzyme but it is still very present now it has dried out.I think from her description it is berber.Dont want to go and try anything else unless i think it will solve the probelm so any ideas      Thankyou in advance Alan(swindon)

Hi Alan, Can't see how an enzyme would be any good as this is not a protein stain. Would have thought this would be ajob (maybe) for FibreBuff and Oxibrite - but with extreme care!

Browning prescription mixe 1-1 with cold water, applied with sprayer and extract.
Failing this Oxi-brite, fibre buff, fibre shampoo, mix in bowl with "HOT" water to ensure all the crystals are disolved then apply the foam from the top evenly and leave to dry.
