Hi,
A work safe System is similar to the below! Laid out better, and looking more professional. I did paste this but all the bold and spacing has left. You also want to add you company name and logo.
Also add anything else you feel is relevant to your working.
Machinery
All machinery to be checked for damages before plugging in and turning/powering on
All cables to be checked before and after machinery is used and stored away.
All machinery to be cleaned after use. – Any damages to be reported and machine not
to be used.
Use Chemicals
Use of chemicals in confined spaces / small rooms must all ways be properly
ventilated. – Open a window or door. If required mix chemical outside if no
ventilation possible.
Protective clothing is to be warn at all times – Protective clothing will depend on the
task at hand. i.e Goggles will be required when mixing chemicals.
Storage of Chemicals
All chemicals to be stored upright and properly stored and marked in correct
containers
Ladders
If ladders are required to be used then they must be checked before and after use.
They must be placed on level solid ground and where applicable used gripping pads
so ladder is firmly safe. Do not over stretch.
Lone workers
To call in every 60 minutes to supervisor of that area.
All buildings - Fire
Please note where the fire exit is or if there is no fire exit marked please find way out
using stairs only. – if there is a meeting point please note where you are to meet i.e.
car park.
