Title: vent marks ??

hows the best way to get rid of vent marks  from a white wool carpet. they are under the front windows at the
front off the room its where the vents used to be under the carpet , kind off look like an outline of a vent in blackish
under the carpet on the backing BUT showing through to the top please help EDD

I've got that but wondered if that would be the best cheers for that Mark
anyone else got any suggestions???

Mark is right. Spray with Ultrapac Retnovate, agitate the rinse extrack with Fibre & Fabric Rinse
