Got a job on monday the custy has told me that there are light brown marks on a white fabric armchair . What woulsd you guys use to tackle this ? Browning and F&F rinse, followed by finish (fixer)maybe ?

have you seen the armchair prob best to determine what the marks are first i would think

Hi Guys
Agree with Richard, could be any number of things and may just clean off.
Cheers

she told me that they came up when some water was spilt on it ,no water marks though .

what fabric is it

Have not come across one for a while but it could be stuffed with horse hair or similar, the water may have released that. You can test just by putting pressure on the area, or squeezing. If it 'crackles' there's a good chance that's what it is. Before you do anything ensure you take a couple of photo's and make your custy aware there could be limitations on what can be done.
Good luck

simon is spot on. if unsure i would walk away from it or you could end uo owning the chair. sounds suspiciously like an internal problem. grap some picys while your there and post them on here
