Hi
I have moved on to other things so am selling the carpet cleaning business. The package includes:-
Citroen Berlingo (December 06 reg)complete with tax till end November. The make is 1.9 enterprise edition with 28K on the clock.
Prochem portable 1300 w,3 stage motor vac, about 100 PSI ( i know ,not a awful amount but this workhorse owes me nothing and has been recently serviced) with hand tool.
Craftex sabrina 58 PSI 1300w 2 stage single motor. with hand tool and wand too.
Loads of chemicals (some used ,some not) all the usual sprays, buckets etc.
Also i receive quite a few enquiries and will gladly pass these on to you as part of the deal (i am in Essex ).There is a database of a few existing customers too, though i admit i have been fairly lax keeping up with it recently..please ask for details! This includes some restaurants (one needs doing this Sunday..)
If anyone is interested please email me first (cuts down on time wasting phone calls!)
Im looking at £4900 ono...though the Van can be purchased seperately, please give me an offer or ask for more details!
Regards

You might want to show a breakdown of how you come to your valuation as this may help sell it.
Not being funny but from what you have posted you are actually selling a couple of low power portables and some chemicals, a bunch of non-tangibles that have no concrete value. Unless I've missed something. ???

Hi all
The breakdown would roughly be:-
Van=£3-£3.5K (based on prices i have seen elsewhere)
Machines, sprayers and chemicals =£900 (ish) (again based on prices i have seen elsewhere)
The rest would cover existing customers and future referrals which i will continue to do as long as people are still phoning me. For instance, i will leave my details in yell.com which returned a surprising amount of work i found.
Len..thanks for the vote of confidence. ;)
